The state’s Early Childhood Advisory Council/ SC First Steps Board of Trustees will stand with Gov. Henry McMaster for a state house press conference to unveil South Carolina’s Birth through Five Plan and celebrate the launch of First Five SC, a major achievement in our state’s progress towards an aligned, coordinated and family-centered early childhood system.
